General terms and conditions of rental FW Bergisches Fachwerk

These general terms and conditions apply when booking
accepted.
§ 1 booking
A booking always requires a written (by e-mail or fax)
Declaration of intent by the tenant. The booking is made by email or fax
confirmed and is therefore binding.
It applies to the registered period and the registered
Number of people. The rental property is occupied, unless otherwise
agreed, on the day of arrival from 2 p.m. Unless otherwise agreed, the rental property must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Bringing pets (of all kinds) is only permitted after express return
language and permission can be granted by the landlord.
§ 2 payments
The payment agreements are binding from the rental agreement.
§ 3 damage
The tenant must treat the rental property and its inventory with care. He is obliged to report all damage occurring during his stay
Report landlord. The tenant is personally liable for those caused by him
Damage. The tenant is requested to check the inventory of the rental property upon arrival and to report any damage to the landlord within 24 hours so that remedial action can be taken.
§ 4 right of withdrawal (cancellations)
The tenant must withdraw from the contract in writing.
The cancellation costs are listed in the rental agreement and are legally binding.
§ 4 a right of withdrawal of the lessor
The landlord can terminate the contract without giving notice:
a. if the tenant or a fellow traveler willfully causes damage to the rental property.
b. if the tenant or a fellow traveler does not adhere to any existing house rules and inappropriately disturbs or endangers other people.
c. if the tenant does not pay the agreed rent on the day of arrival or leaves the agreed deposit.
In these cases, the rental price or the down payment made is forfeited.
§ 5 final clause
The ineffectiveness of individual provisions of these terms and conditions does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Instead of an ineffective provision, an effective provision that comes as close as possible to its economic content shall apply. The same applies to any contractual loopholes. Rectification
